Velvet Santa Hat Headband

This novelty Christmas headband comprises a 3D Santa hat built onto a red velvet covered band. 

Measuring 10cm x 16cm, the hat is fixed at a 45° angle and is complete with a white fluffy pom-pom and matching trim.

Ideal for Christmas parties or just for fun.

Reduced to clear due to imperfections. The felt can be a little loose but can be resecured with some glue!
